The flow ventilator is designed to provide respiratory support and ventilator mask to newborns who are in a state of apnea or severe respiratory failure in the first minutes of life after birth.
Lung ventilation unit "Potok" allows neonatologists to improve the quality of resuscitation immediately after birth by carrying out a mask ventilator with accurate oxygen dosing, controlled by mpvc and controlled flow of the respiratory mixture.
It allows doctors to fully replace independent breathing in the newborn and in many emergency situations gives time to make a decision and prepare for endotracheal ventilation. The technical feature of the device is the built-in air microcompressor and oxygen-air mixer, which provides accurate dosing of oxygen in the respiratory stream without the use of hospital-wide supply lines (or individual compressors) of compressed medical air.
The device provides the possibility of using special breathing circuits of non-invasive ventilation of the lungs, both through the mask and through the nasal cannula
The ventilator "Potok" is used in maternity units, operating rooms, NICU maternity hospitals and perinatal centers
